We are looking for a dynamic experienced sales person to join our team.

AutoSLM is a market leading Automotive Lead Management and Customer Relationship Management Software Solution Company.

As such we require someone to play a critical role in developing a sales pipeline to bring new motor dealers on to our platform. These include Franchise dealers (Car, Bike and Camper) and Used Car Dealers.

Our value proposition is very clear – we are here to help dealers sell more vehicles through the provision of a “pays for itself” platform that gives all users the tools they need to track an follow up their leads in a professional and deal-closing way with all the tools they need at their fingertips.

We will require the following from the successful candidate:

• Track record of sales – minimum 5 years – School leavers/juniors or candidates with no sales experience will not be considered unfortunately.
• Evidence of self motivation – Great sales people do not need to be closely managed. They understand the task and are motivated by success and the remuneration that this brings.
• Experience in the Motor industry is a strong advantage (sales exec or sales manager) – if you have used more than one current industry platform then you will understand the significant advantage Lead Management and CRM platforms offer.
• Software sales of any kind will also be an advantage – closing a deal in the software business requires an understanding of how deals are done and not being afraid of cold calling. 
• An up to date Curriculum Vitae with some detail of each employment job functions.
• Ability to work from home – the person should be based in one of the two major cities (JHB/CT).
• Must have access to internet and ideally have their own basic infrastructure (laptop, router, UPS).
• Must be fully literate in written and spoken business English and all aspects of operating a computer and medium to advanced software operatability.
