AutoSLM provides various standard and customised software and consulting solutions to the Auto Industry in South Africa, Botswana, the United Kingdom, Middle East and the United States. As such we have existing relationships with South African OEM’s, leading dealer groups – both franchised and non -franchised.

Our core product

Our core product is the AutoSLM integrated lead management and CRM solution that provides Dealers with a Cloud based, end to end Sales management Software solution. This is solution is the result of 22 years of close dealer/provider collaboration – 8 years of which has been within the South African market.

The founders released AutoSLM, a revised pure cloud version of the integrated solution in 2011 and have since then, been the leading, most functional cloud solution provider in its markets.

Through the use of our agile, secure and mobile technology solution we have been able to organize, streamline and greatly improve dealer lead response times, conversion rates and overall deal closure rates.

In mid 2016, AutoSLM introduced a GSM based Telephony Solution that allows all phone calls made by the Dealer Sales team to be affordably tracked and recorded. This leads to certainty of response because all telephony activities are matched to leads and customer records

 With the goal always in mind of always selling more cars, the platform has been optimised so as to be quick and easy to use while still delivering on the core requirements of being integral to the business on a daily basis.

Our customers range from small two person Used operations to Full Franchised New and Used Dealerships, to OEM’s to JSE listed groups. We have optimised versions of AutoSLM for each of these businesses that offer from no login lead management which can compliment DMS CRM systems, a call centre solution for lead centralisation and Head Quarter systems for dealer groups to monitor all regional businesses.
